The Sugar Land City Council recently recognized Houston Marriott Sugar Land for 16 years of business. It was the first full-service hotel of its kind in Fort Bend County when it opened in Sugar Land Town Square in 2003, and has since generated more than $200 million in revenue. “Our city is proud to celebrate this milestone and recognize their contribution to our city and the region,” said Mayor Joe Zimmerman.
