Kelli Delozier is a leader who makes it all work and makes it look effortless. From serving as Rockwall Market President at HomeBank Texas to showing up for countless community organizations, Kelli has found a rhythm that blends purpose with presence. She also serves on HomeBank’s Board
of Directors.
“I look at my calendar before my feet ever hit the ground,” she says. “I look forward to each day as they are usually filled with opportunity.” It’s a simple ritual that captures her commitment to meeting each moment with clarity and focus.
That sense of commitment extends well beyond her professional role. Later this month, Kelli will officially become president of the Friends of the Rockwall County Library Board, following a unanimous vote for the 2026–27 slate of officers. It’s a natural role for a woman who believes deeply in the power of education and shared community spaces.
Her leadership footprint across Rockwall is both expansive and intentional. She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County and is a member of its Executive Committee. She is Chair Elect for the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Board — and will assume the role of Chamber Board Chair in 2027. She is actively involved with the Rockwall Professional Women’s Alliance, Rockwall Noon Rotary Club, and the Lakeside Book Club. In every space, she brings the same philosophy that showing up matters.
At HomeBank Texas, that belief is embedded in the culture. Celebrating its 74th anniversary this year and looking ahead to 75 years of service, the locally owned bank remains deeply rooted in the communities it serves. Its core values — Trust & Integrity, Personalized Service, Teamwork, and Community Involvement — are not just words, but guiding principles lived out daily. They don’t simply sponsor initiatives; they show up, boots on the ground, committed to the betterment of the community.
Under Kelli’s leadership, that spirit is unmistakable. She is everywhere, championing causes, supporting clients, and strengthening relationships. As Kelli often shares, when you call HomeBank Texas, “a real human answers the phone, knows your name, knows your story, and cares how it unfolds.”
That commitment has helped earn the bank the Rockwall Chamber’s Business Award for Community Involvement and Impact. This honor reflects both a supportive team and Kelli’s hands-on leadership.
Yet for all her professional accomplishments, Kelli’s foundation remains her family. She and her husband, Brown, have built their life in Rockwall, raising three daughters and now embracing the joy of being grandparents with three grandchildren and another on the way. Time together, along with travel and monthly dinners with a close-knit circle of friends, keeps her grounded.
“I believe in the power of friendship, connection, and supporting one another,” she says.
At every turn, Kelli leads with authenticity and care, proving that true leadership isn’t about balance alone — it’s about creating a life where purpose and passion move seamlessly together.
