Kelli Vickrey is many things. She’s a wife. She’s a mother. She’s a business owner. She’s a nurse practitioner. She’s an entrepreneur. And above all, she’s a healer. As owner/operator of R&R Aesthetics + Wellness, she leads a dynamic team dedicated to helping patients restore their health, confidence, and overall sense of well-being—from the inside out.

Kelli began her entrepreneurial journey in 2020, founding JourneyMed Direct Primary Care, where she provided both family medicine and aesthetic services. As her practice evolved, so did her calling— naturally shifting toward functional, root- cause, and regenerative medicine. This led to the re-branding of her practice as R&R Aesthetics & Wellness, where her philosophy centers on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of symptoms rather than simply masking them.

At R&R, the approach to aesthetics is different. While many practices focus solely on outward appearance, Kelli views aesthetics as one piece of a much larger healing process. True transformation begins internally—by optimizing hormones, reducing inflammation, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate. Aesthetic treatments then become a powerful extension of that work, helping patients feel more confident, aligned, and at home in their own skin.

“We believe that true beauty is a reflection of internal health,” Kelli said. “When you address what’s happening beneath the surface— whether it’s hormones, inflammation, or chronic stress—the external results follow. Our goal is to help patients heal, feel better, and regain their confidence in a way that is natural, sustainable, and truly transformative.”

Kelli is deeply passionate about walking alongside her patients throughout their healing journeys. Whether it’s helping someone regain their health, balance their hormones, or feel confident in their appearance again, she brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to every interaction. Having lost 135 pounds and reclaimed her own health following an MS diagnosis, she knows firsthand what it means to rebuild from the inside out.

Kelli lives in Mansfield with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and two French bulldogs. A lifelong learner, she is committed to continuing education and innovation, always seeking the most advanced approaches in both regenerative and aesthetic medicine. When she’s not working, she enjoys true crime, reality TV, and spending time with her close-knit circle of family and friends.
