Sharon Schwans is used to people asking the meaning of the name “Elevana.”It is in fact, a portmanteau of her own creation. “I wanted a true reflection of what we offer,” she said. “We are a hybrid between a med spa and a wellness clinic, and we hope to offer both ‘elegance’ and ‘nirvana’ to our clients.”
After working in corporate America for over 30 years, Sharon wasn’t ready to retire. But she did want to pivot and spend her remaining work years giving back to her community. Having fought her own battle with undiagnosed Lyme Disease, Sharon decided that offering would come in the form of optimum wellness and vitality.
Elevana Wellness Was Born
What began with a focus on weight loss soon expanded to include hydrogen and red-light therapies, GLP1s, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, peptides, and cryo therapy. Each wellness journey begins with the client outlining their beauty and wellness goals and challenges. Then, Sharon partners with each client to formulate a plan that’s unique to them.
When not on the job, she is a mom, stepmom, and grandma who enjoys yoga, attending concerts, travel, and good wine. “I feel blessed to be able to help men and women regain the health and vitality they’re missing,” she said. “And we plan to continue adding services as our clients request them.” Find out more at ElevanaWell.com.
