Unlock Your Potential at Acacia Collective

Acacia Collective believes in creating a space where individuals, businesses, and communities thrive. Ali and Judy Master’s story is a testament to the power of vision, resilience, and the desire to uplift others. From humble beginnings to achieving the American Dream, they are now using their success to help others reach their full potential. Together, they’ve built more than businesses—they’ve built a community. And now, with Acacia Collective, they’re expanding that vision to create a collaborative, supportive space for people to work, connect, and grow.

The Journey of Ali and Judy Master: From Adversity to Visionary Leadership

Ali’s journey to success is nothing short of extraordinary. Born in Pakistan into a traditional Muslim family, he migrated to the U.S. nearly 40 years ago on a student visa. His early years were marked by hardship, as he recounts in his autobiography Beyond the Golden Door. While working a minimum-wage job at McDonald’s, Ali met a local girl, Judy, and was introduced to Christianity. After months of exploration, individual study and reflection, he surrendered his life to Christ. A few years later, he asked Judy to marry him.

Together, Ali and Judy built a life focused on faith, family, and business—raising four incredible children in Rockwall, TX, Ali became a senior partner with the global consulting firm, Ernst & Young (EY) and they both lead by example as business owners, church and community leaders.

As they entered into the “empty nester” era, Judy used her background in art design and hospitable nature to create Harvest Field Farm, a beautiful and versatile event venue located on the Master’s property in Rockwall. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a thriving business, attracting clients for everything from weddings and receptions to team-building events and workshops.

A New Mission: Building Community through Acacia Collective

Their vision didn’t stop with Harvest Field Farm. Ali and Judy’s deep involvement in The Grove Community Church led them to their next big challenge: addressing the isolation that many felt in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As Ali explained, “The rest of the church board and I read a book called The Post Pandemic Church about how people are still feeling isolated after the COVID pandemic. We were searching for ways our church could welcome the community in, both on Sundays and during the week, and give them a place where they could worship, work, and play.”

The church was outgrowing their building and a collaboration with a business that could lease a new building during the days in which the church was not meeting would allow them to grow with less financial burden. The answer to their prayers was clear: Acacia Collective: a place for coffee, cowork, and community.

It Starts with Delicious Craft Coffee

No great day of work is complete without great coffee—and at Acacia Collective, they’ve got you covered. The high-end, cozy, craft coffee space is open six days a week, 7:00am – 6:00pm and serves everything from lattes and cappuccinos to seasonal specials and signature drinks, smoothies, frappes, and teas alongside a selection of pastries, homemade breakfast tacos, parfaits, snacks, salads and sandwiches.

The dedication to community is seen in the collaboration with “The Bagel Lady” out of Rockwall for fresh bagels on the menu and King’s Coffee Company out of Addison, TX, whose mission is “dedicated to crafting exceptional coffee while creating meaningful change in the lives of those who need it most” through a partnership with Children’s Hunger Fund. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pick-me-up or sitting down for a business meeting, Acacia Collective cafe is the perfect place to fuel your day. Online ordering and delivery are available.

A Space for Work, Community, and Collaboration

Almost two years to the day after breaking ground, Acacia Collective was open for business in November 2024 and The Grove Community Church had a new place to worship. Using Ali’s entrepreneurial mind and Judy’s eye for design, Acacia Collective was born out of a desire to meet this need for connection while also providing a beautiful space that encouraged collaboration and creativity. Whether you’re a local startup, a remote worker, or part of a team, Acacia Collective offers a supportive environment where you can focus, collaborate, and get things done.

At Acacia Collective, you’ll find everything you need to work smarter, not harder. With flexible membership options, you can choose between day passes, part-time, or full-time memberships, each offering access to high-speed Wi-Fi, conference rooms, office supplies, and more. It is quickly becoming a dynamic community where professionals from all industries come together to collaborate and innovate. Local businesses, marketing professionals, tech executives, and even therapists have found Acacia Collective to be the ideal place to work and grow their businesses.

The space is designed for collaboration, with both open areas for team interaction and quiet, soundproof meeting booths for more focused work. Acacia Collective strives to create different environments for different types of workers to be successful. Companies are investing in memberships for their employees, realizing the value of providing a space that fosters collaboration, productivity, and creativity without the commitment of long-term contracts and operational costs.
