The beloved week-long Wine & Food Week returned this June with an entirely new line-up to celebrate 18 years of all things wine and food.

This years’ experience offered several new events, including Rose’ Way: A Sweet Soiree at The New Peach Orchard Venue and For the Love of TEXAS, a celebration of big, bold flavors all Texans love. The ever-popular Ladies of the Vine luncheon, Tasting & Panel Discussion, returned to The Club at Carlton Woods with its tasting panel and discussion. The week culminated with the Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase, where guests enjoyed wine and decadent bites created by 32 chefs competing for the national Goya Foods Chef of Chefs Award. Chef Daisuke Igataki, from Shimogamo in Chandler, Arizona, took top honors, including a $5,000 cash prize and a Waterford Crystal Trophy presented by GOYA Foods. Chef Urvin Croes with Infini from Aruba received First runner-up, and second runner-up was awarded to Chef David Skinner of Eculent.
