We create personal plans and guides for each seller, but typically, we list your current property while searching for your next. To sellers, the approach demonstrates your commitment to moving forward. Additionally, buyers can often offer “lease back” time, allowing you to stay in your current home until you close and move into your new property.
As a seller, how can I attract the most buyers?
Preparation is key to success. Staging and proper pricing are crucial in this market. Our expert advice ensures properties stand out both online and in person. We work hands-on with staging, have trusted photographers plus the support of an unparalleled marketing team. With our market knowledge and pricing advice, we don’t just list your property — we get it the attention it deserves.
The interest rates are high. Is it still a good time to buy?
Despite increases, rates are still historically low, while home values continue to rise. With less competition and lender programs offering rate reductions and refinancing, now is a great time for buyers to take advantage of these opportunities.
Are real estate commissions going away?
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) settled an antitrust lawsuit with an agreement aimed at increasing industry competition, which has the media abuzz with speculation. Agent fees have always been, and will remain, entirely negotiable. The industry is facing a transition; however, expert Realtors will continue to be compensated for their work and their clients benefit tremendously from their advice, opinions, and resources.
