The community writes in this month with a few pics of our neighborhood heroes! We appreciate taking a look at what everyone’s favorite area athletes and academics are up to. Touchdown Club winner: Cypress Creek High School senior linebacker Josh White (No. 33) is the fourth standout in Cougars’ program history to win a Touchdown Club of Houston UIL High School award and the third to be named Defensive Player of the Year

 

Soccer Showcase: Sam Houston High School will be among 18 visiting teams participating in the CFISD Men’s Varsity Soccer Showcase this month

 

All-District 17-6A Football Team: Cy-Fair High School junior quarterback Carter Cravens (No. 9) was named District 17-6A Offensive Newcomer of the Year

 

MS Volleyball Zone Champions: Truitt Middle School’s eighth grade A team tied for the East Zone championship with a 6-1 record
