2025 was a bit of a pivot year for Meridan Zerner. After 25 years at a pioneering preventive medicine facility in Dallas, it was time to take her passion for health and wellness in a different direction. While she’s always found one-on-one nutrition counseling and group programs highly rewarding — and still does — Meridan has lately found her voice and her passion as a corporate wellness speaker and a motivational keynote speaker for health events.
She loves applying her more than 30 years as a national award- winning registered dietitian nutritionist toward educating others in the importance of nutrition — at any age. And as the author of the recently released “The Thoughtful 30: 30 Day Reset for Midlife and Beyond” she’s expanding her message even further.
“Midlife comes with many challenges as the hormones that have regulated our brain health, heart health, metabolism, and emotions suddenly don’t,” Meridan said. “I wanted to provide an easy-to- understand guide to holistically navigating this chapter of life and all the changes it brings.”
With the simple philosophy of “do the best you can with what you have, where you are,” Meridan connects with her audience through her writing, speaking, mentoring, and counseling. And while her work has garnered her many awards and recognition, the greatest reward for her is knowing she’s making a change for the better in someone’s health and wellness.
