Majda Kacevic and Molly Reitter didn’t come to the law in the exact same way. Molly grew up in and out of the office where her father practiced law and her mother served as office administrator. “I can remember sitting in my dad’s lap at his desk,” Molly said. “He’d talk into his Dictaphone and sometimes he’d let me talk, too. I’d sing songs or say ‘Hi’ to his secretary I knew would be listening to it later.”
When it was time to dress up for preschool career day, Molly went as an attorney. “I didn’t have a lot of interaction with female attorneys, so I basically went as my dad in a dress shirt and tie,” she said.
While Majda didn’t feel called to law at quite so young an age, she was a natural-born student. By her teens, she realized that law school was in her future. “Unlike most kids, I didn’t want to be a prosecutor,” she said. “I just wanted to take on the academic rigor to prove I could.”
In fact, once she was in law school, Majda’s favorite classes were property law and estate planning. And she adored legal writing. “I still find it fascinating that you can change a single word in a single sentence and completely alter the meaning of a document,” she said.
Once Majda had her criminal justice degree, she began interning at the state’s attorney general’s and district attorney’s offices soaking up all she could. Molly prioritized internships throughout her schooling as well working for Legal Aid, in the public defender’s office, and for a worker’s compensation firm. The latter offered her a job upon graduation, and she worked there for four years before moving to a civil litigation firm.
Majda gained some hands-on experience in family law when she came to the aid of a friend and realized family law might be her sweet spot. Now, both women are putting all that training, experience, and passion to work partnering with clients in the areas of family law, estate planning, divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, legal separation, premarital agreements, wills and trusts, probate, business law, construction law, real estate, and residential and commercial evictions.

They’ve built their reputation one client, one case at a time. And as those clients told their friends and family about the representation and support they’d found at Grob & Associates, the firm’s client base grew. Today, they’re a bustling firm with five attorneys and a team of paralegals.

Meet Majda Kavevic

Majda grew up in Chicago, after her parents fled war-torn Bosnia when she was a baby. She completed a criminal justice degree from Loyola University Chicago and both a juris doctor and a Master of Laws in real estate from University of Illinois at Chicago. She met and married a fellow Bosnian-American and in 2021, moved to Dallas to be closer to his family. The couple now have two beautiful daughters and any time away from work is family time. “When I leave work, I’m in mom mode,” Majda said. She’s also an avid reader. “If dinner is done, the kitchen is clean, and the girls are in bed, I’ve got my face in a book,” she said.
Meet Molly Reitter

Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Oklahoma Baptist University and her juris doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. With a decade of experience practicing law, her background in defense work has given her a deep understanding of case strategy, risk assessment, and client advocacy. When not on the job, Molly loves cheering her beloved Oklahoma Sooners football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball and spending as much time as she can with her husband and their baby boy, Cooper.
