G. Todd Moore, DO is board certified and fellowship trained in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. He specializes in multi ligament knee reconstruction, shoulder instability correction, reverse total shoulder replacement, anterior hip replacement, total knee replacement, regenerative medicine using PRP. Dr. Moore welcomes pediatric and adult patients.
Nicholas E. Martin, MD is a Cleveland Clinic fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in hip and knee replacements with an emphasis on minimally invasive anterior hip replacement and robotic assisted knee replacement.
William S. Polachek, MD completed his fellowship in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He treats a variety of foot and ankle conditions, from athletic injuries, tendonitis and fractures to bunions and flat foot deformities, complex reconstruction, fusion and joint replacement.
All three surgeons focus on initial conservative management when appropriate. Joint injections and physical therapy disciplines are examples of conservative management.

Orthopedics Today is urgent care for sports medicine and orthopedic injuries. It bridges the span between choices of emergency room visits and non-emergent orthopedic surgeon consultations.
Michael H. Boothby, MD, founder of The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute (OSMI) established Orthopedics Today in 2015 at OSMI Fort Worth, to create faster access for patients with acute and chronic orthopedic problems with acute episodes. The staff at Orthopedics Today works with patients to triage their orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems by evaluating, diagnosing and treating, and/or planning for diagnostic and treatment options for all patients while expediting access to care for patients who need an orthopedic surgeon very quickly.
Karen Yancopoulos, FNP-C, leads Orthopedics Today in Mansfield. She works with our three orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists at OSMI to expertly manage many different aspects of orthopedics in both sports medicine and joint replacement, including diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions, fracture care, casting, splinting, joint injections, aspirations, and patient education. She has worked with sports medicine staffs of collegiate and professional sports teams. Karen chaired the Advanced Practice Provider section at Orthopedic Summit on Evolving Technologies (OSET) in 2021 and 2022.

OSMI Physical Therapy at Mansfield
OSMI Physical Therapy treats musculo-skeletal injuries including pre and post surgical diagnoses. Well planned and skillfully administered physical therapy is used intensively in both surgical and non surgical courses of treatment. Richard Antwi, DPT, PT, COMT (orthopedic manual therapy certification) leads the physical therapy team.
