Natalee Davenport has garnered plenty of
respect throughout her 15-year career as a top-producing loan officer with
Service First Mortgage. This is especially true locally in Rockwall, where
she is known for treating potential homebuyers to a meaningful
know-you-by-name lending experience, thus saving customers from getting
caught up in the impersonal rat race of working with big-box lenders. But
even Natalee will tell you this wouldn’t be possible without a like-minded
team by her side at every turn of the market.
It takes more than one person to deliver
better lending solutions, and that team approach has helped Service First
Mortgage and its clients stay ahead of the game in an industry that has had
its share of challenges in recent years.
“I was a solo loan officer when I started
this branch 15 years ago, but we built it out quickly with a great team. That’s
the biggest differentiator between us and other lenders,” Natalee said. “They
are the cream of the crop and fly that team flag. Many of them have been with
me for a long time, and that matters to our clients.”

Comprised of four top-producing loan officers
and five top-tier support staff, the Rockwall team at Service First Mortgage

meet your needs. And they have no bigger cheerleader than Natalee, who won’t
miss an opportunity to brag about them. Her team includes Tim McCoy, a loan
officer who joined in May. Heather Stevenson is another loan officer who has
been with the Rockwall team for nearly nine years. Natalee’s son, Ethan
Davenport, an up-and-comer in the mortgage world with two years of lending
experience, rounds out the loan officers team.
“Most mortgage teams have one or two top
producers. Most of our team is in the Service First Mortgage President’s
Club. I take zero credit for that,” Natalee said. “They love our clients and
work hard to give them the best service and products they
can.”
Not to be outdone, operations manager Nick
Depalma has been by Natalee’s side for nearly 14 years. Loan officer
associates Jordan Ward and Ashley Titsworth, loan specialist Cynthia
Stricker, and production associate Shelby Traylor round out a dedicated
team.
