He quickly found success and a passion for the roofing industry, leading him to personally sell over $36 million in roofing projects over the course of his career. His expertise and customer-focused approach have set FairClaims apart in the industry.

Justin has earned multiple certifications, including HAAG Engineering training in roof damage assessment, Pro Field Guide Certification from GAF, and Tile Roof Certification from the Tile Roof Institute. He has also completed extensive training through the Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence.

Recognized as a leader in the field, he currently serves as vice president of the board for the Houston Roofing Contractors Association. Beyond his career, Justin is a devoted husband and father to three children, ages 16, 18, and 20.
