Dr. Guy is a
native of Spring, Texas, and he graduated first in his class from St. Thomas
High School in downtown Houston. He also graduated first in his class from
the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in biology with a minor in
Spanish, and first in his class at his medical school, Baylor College of
Medicine.
After those
impressive finishes, he attended one of the most sought-after residency
programs in the country at Baylor College of Medicine in Otolaryngology-Head
and Neck Surgery where he learned the intricacies of the structures of the
neck, face, and nose. He completed his fellowship in facial plastic and
reconstructive surgery in Gulf Shores, Alabama, under the mentorship of two
former presidents of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery before
returning to The Woodlands in 2015 to open
his practice.

the only double board certified, fellowship trained, facial plastic surgeon

plane facelift avoids the stigmata of the tight, overdone look of many modern
facelifts that rely on tension for their result. The main tenet of the deep
plane lift is that it lifts under the collagen layer in the cheek and the
muscular layer in the neck as one unit, creating a very natural result. It
also avoids excess tension because it releases the tethering points of the
face and neck in the deep plane to allow the tissues to redrape
softly.
