Carrie Radish Wax Co. is the brainchild of Carrie Radcliff, owner and licensed esthetician, who has been in the beauty industry for 15 years, providing top-tier services while building and maintaining client relationships. “Our growth — this year in particular,” said Carrie, “has been phenomenal. Whereas previously we were in a shared salon space housing a suite of providers, now we have opened our own studio in Craig Ranch. It’s so great to finally have a place of our own, showcasing the edgy vibe that our clients love! To have our own front desk/waiting room, bathroom, and multiple service rooms is a literal dream come true.” 

Due to the nature of the waxing experience, Carrie and her staff go to extreme lengths to ensure a relaxing and pristine environment. Each private room has been outfitted with Earthlite cushioning massage tables and Tempur-Pedic pillows. Additionally, only disposable fabric sheets are used to safeguard the cleanliness of every client.

“We genuinely love what we do,” said Carrie. “Because we take the time to get to know each client, when they come in for their appointments, it’s like catching up with friends. They are comfortable being vulnerable with us, and they know we really care.” 

Carrie Radish Wax Co. is known for their Brazilian waxes due to the precise and less painful technique of treating smaller sections at a time, which distinguishes them from competitors in the area. However, for the past couple of years, brow lamination has been the top-selling service.

“Brow lamination is great for anyone who wants fuller, fluffier brows,” said Carrie. “It can enhance what you already have by creating higher arches, extending those tails, and taming unruly brows, thus creating a fuller look.”

This time of year is great for epidermal resurfacing, which eliminates any dead skin due to summer sun exposure. For this procedure, a surgical scalpel is used to skim off the top layer of dead skin and vellus hairs.

“It’s perfect for anyone who has sensitive skin and is unable to get a full-face wax,” said Carrie. “This service also includes a CBD-infused mini facial.”
