For over 43 years, Bert has been providing personalized legal service to families and business owners. Clients enjoy working with Bert because he educates them so they understand their legal options and can intelligently assess the risks and rewards of their decisions.

Laura Starr is the managing shareholder of Starr Law Firm, board certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction earned by less than 10% of Texas attorneys. Laura strongly believes in recognizing the big picture and that every person, family, and situation is unique. For 10 years, she’s found great satisfaction in crafting estate plans that provide her clients with peace of mind and help them accomplish their goals.

Michael Presbitero is a senior attorney at Starr Law Firm and has been with the firm since 2017. His practice focuses on business/commercial and real estate transactional matters for families and business owners, such as mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and contract review and drafting. Over his nine-year career, Michael has found that the key to his successful practice is creating value for his clients and establishing personal relationships with each of them.
