For 18 years, she thrived as a corporate leader while also raising two daughters. She met her hus-band in her hometown of Miami, and they chose to relocate to Texas.

In 2008, she found herself a victim of the recession. Instead of looking for another corporate job, Ricci chose to listen to the inner voice that had been fueling her interest in entrepreneurship. This resulted in the founding of The Hook, a women-only gym in Grapevine, designed to give women a safe space to prioritize their health while also building relationships.

Ricci went on to found BNN Services with the vision to innovate in the mobile closing and remote online real estate closing sectors. Recognizing the potential to reshape industry standards, Ricci and her team embraced cutting-edge technology and client-focused strategies.
