Nicole Lerum has always loved helping people look and feel their best. She worked as a makeup artist and skin specialist for nearly two decades, then decided to take her next step — venturing into entrepreneurship and opening her own med spa. For the past 13 years, she has been the leading lady of Illuminate Med Spa, conveniently located inside Legacy Salon and Day Spa in Rockwall.

A medical esthetician and laser technician, Nicole is the only one in Rockwall to be Hydrafacial master certified. She prides herself on fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel welcomed and cared for. Whether clients want to address specific skincare concerns or simply indulge in a moment of relaxation, she strives to surpass their expectations, leaving them feeling confident and beautiful.

“My professional goal is to provide a comprehensive assessment of my clients’ needs and take time to really listen,” Nicole says. “I’ll recommend services, but I never try to sell things the client doesn’t need. It’s a no-pressure environment here.”

Nicole is committed to providing her clients with the best possible care, working with the spa’s medical director, Dr. Max Adler, to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Dr. Adler is double board certified in pediatrics and dermatology and has more than three decades of experience.

Whether clients come to Nicole for medical-grade peels, intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments, or another service, she’s simply happy to help them achieve the results they desire. “I love to hear the excitement from my clients,” she says. “It’s great knowing I’ve helped make a difference in their skin.”
