Every Wednesday this October from noon until 1 PM, head to Discovery Green, the 12-acre park in the heart of Downtown Houston, for lunchtime performances by students from the nearby Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts on the Hess Deck. The On Deck! Series features 60-minute performances showcasing student instrumentalists in jazz, winds, percussion, musical theatre, strings, and mariachi.
