The Rockwall ISD Culinary Team has taken top honors at the national ProStart competition out of a field of 46 other teams from across the country in an “Iron Chef” style contest that sees team mem-bers prepare a five-star three course meal in under an hour entirely by hand with only two portable bu-tane burners. Members include Ramsey Anderson, Rachel Bristow, Maddie Demien, Preslie Mann, and Layton Ray.
