Cranberry Jam - - Archived

1/2 cup water, at room temperature

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 cup sugar

3 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)

»  Mix water, juice, and sugar in a saucepan, bring it to a boil, then let boil for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low. 

»  Add cranberries and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.

»  Put the finished jam into jars and refrigerate.
