Leading hand and wrist surgeon Dr. Nicholas Fiore is dual board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both surgery and hand surgery. Dr. Fiore provides treatment for all types of hand or wrist problems, including sports injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, and nerve damage.
Dr. Fiore earned his undergraduate degree at Duke University and completed his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. In addition to his general surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry – NJ Medical School, Dr. Fiore obtained extensive additional training in the prestigious hand and microsurgery fellowship program at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Fiore founded Fiore Hand & Wrist in 2007 as the realization of his dream of being in private practice. Since then, he has established himself as a leader in his field, helping patients find relief from pain with sophisticated minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Fiore embraces the latest advances in surgical technology that allow patients to forego the long incisions, extensive recovery times and potential scar tissue that can result from surgical intervention. Dr. Fiore is recognized for his extensive expertise in endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, and cubital tunnel surgery.
As the sole practitioner at Fiore Hand & Wrist, Dr. Fiore can take his time with his patients, listening to their concerns and providing education that will help them take an active role in their own recovery.
He is in network with most private insurance companies and offers early morning office appointments before work or school for the convenience of his patients.
Dr. Fiore and his wife are the proud parents of two children and make their home in the Greater Houston area.
