For 25 years, Champions Dental has been a familiar and trusted presence in the Champions area — an accomplishment worth celebrating in an era when many independent practices are being absorbed into corporate dental groups. Family-owned and locally rooted, the practice continues to thrive under the leadership of Dr. Esteban Garza, whose philosophy of care blends advanced dentistry with genuine hospitality.
“We want it to be clear that this is a family-owned practice,” says Dr. Garza. “It’s a foundational truth that shapes our practice and impacts us and our patients.” While the dental landscape around them has changed, Champions Dental has remained focused on long-term relationships, continuity of care, and service to the community it has called home for more than two decades.
That commitment is matched by growth. In February 2025, the practice completed a significant office expansion, allowing the team to welcome new patients while continuing to serve generations of families. The expanded space supports Champions Dental’s comprehensive approach to care, offering everything from routine cleanings and preventive dentistry to orthodontics, implants, gum grafting, oral surgery, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Pediatric patients are also part of the practice, making it truly a dental home for every stage of life.
“At our core, we focus on prevention and education,” Dr. Garza explains. “We want patients to understand the importance of dental care so they can enjoy their teeth for a lifetime.” That educational mindset empowers patients to make informed decisions about their oral health, rather than simply reacting to problems as they arise.

Dr. Garza works alongside his wife, further reinforcing the family-centered nature of the practice. He is also a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry — an achievement held by fewer than 1% of general dentists nationwide — reflecting his commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence.
