Some people talk about owning a business someday. Kimberly Chamiok has known it since she could articulate the idea. For her, entrepreneurship was never just about ownership. It was about possibility. The belief that you can build something meaningful if you are willing to do the work and stay the course.

That belief led her to an industry most people have never heard of — and one she thinks every small business owner needs to understand.

A PEO, or Professional Employer Organization, is a co-employment model that allows small and mid-sized businesses to outsource HR, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance — giving their employees access to Fortune 500-level resources at a fraction of the cost.

But behind every policy and benefits package is a business owner who just wants to take care of their people. Kimberly never loses sight of that. She built PEOFLOW because she knows that when HR and payroll are running smoothly, owners can do what they actually started their business to do.

“The decisions that don’t show up in a business plan are often the ones that quietly determine whether you survive,” she says. “My job is to make sure business owners have the right structure before they need it.”

Based in Rockwall, PEOFLOW is an independent PEO brokerage. Kimberly helps small and mid-sized businesses make one of the most important decisions they will face. She guides them in how to structure their people, benefits, and risks.

“Most business owners do not realize they have made the wrong PEO decision until it is too late,” she explains. “By the time renewal comes around, pricing is locked, and leverage is gone. I want to get to them before that happens.”

What sets PEOFLOW apart is the process. Rather than offering a quick recommendation and moving on, Kimberly leads a structured evaluation. She standardizes data, uncovers true labor costs, and compares multiple PEO partners side-by-side.

“Every recommendation I make is based on what actually fits that business, not what is easiest,” she says.

And when the decision is made, she stays involved. She works through renewals, service challenges, and the moments when what worked at 20 employees no longer works at 50.

“The placement is not the finish line,” she says. “It is the beginning of the relationship.”

In less than a year, PEOFLOW has grown steadily and earned a reputation in an industry where business owners often feel like they are navigating alone.

“I started PEOFLOW to level the playing field for small businesses. To give them the same access and advocacy that larger companies have. I want to build something rooted in communities where people are working hard, help their businesses grow, and make sure they never feel like they are navigating it alone.”

Kimberly is a true advocate for small business and on a mission to help small businesses grow.
