At McNeal Orthodontics, your smile is their brand. And they want that smile to be as beautiful as it is functional — regardless of your age. That’s why they offer the latest technology within a warm, welcoming environment. The only female-owned orthodontic private practitioner in Celina, Dr. McNeal is also the only accredited Damon provider in our area with three decades of experience as an orthodontic specialist.
“Dr. Mac” as she’s known to her patients has mastered custom treatment to fit each patient’s goals. Whether it’s braces, clear aligners, or alternate advanced orthodontic treatment, she wants to give you a winning smile that also promotes health and function. It’s what she loves to do.
“I have absolutely enjoyed a career that allows me to form lifelong connections with my patients and, at the same time, challenges me to continually reeducate myself to remain current with scientific advancements,” Dr. McNeal said. “There’s always something new to learn and something better to offer my patients.”
Perhaps one patient put it best in this online review, “Hands down the best orthodontist in town! As an adult needing braces, it is never fun, but let me tell you … this staff, the amazing orthodontist, and the environment is beyond amazing. Dr. Kimberly McNeal is not only an amazing orthodontist, but personal, hands-on, and makes you feel like you are the only one in the office. (Not a lot of orthodontists are this hands-on). The entire staff is friendly and knows who you are and your story every time you come in. I highly recommend this office, this orthodontist, and I will send everyone requesting an orthodontist to them. No doubt, when my son is ready for braces, this is the only place he will go.”

This past year was an exciting one for Dr. Mac as she applied three decades of experience into designing and building McNeal Orthodontics in Celina. For Dr. Mac the goal was twofold. She wanted to offer her patients the latest state-of-the-art orthodontic technology such as the Damon Treatment Systems, 3D scanning, and 3D imaging for accuracy and detailed diagnostics. Second, she wanted to offer an orthodontic home where patients are known by name and feel like they’re visiting old friends on every visit.
“Every patient we treat is unique,” Dr. McNeal said. “The best part of our days is getting to know each one and partnering with them to create a smile that’s as unique as they are.”
Another patient had this to say, “Dr. McNeal’s dedication to her patients’ well-being is evident in every interaction, making her not just a skilled orthodontist but a trusted partner in our children’s healthcare. Her unwavering dedication to her patients and her ability to create beautiful, confident smiles are truly commendable. We are deeply grateful for the positive impact she has had on our family’s lives and look forward to the next chapter with her.”
