As market president of HomeBank Texas, Kelli brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and a deep understanding of the power of connection — both in banking and in life. Since joining HomeBank in June 2022, she’s focused on building relationships that go beyond transactions, fostering a culture of trust, service, and personal attention.

Kelli’s professional path is marked by strategic insight and hands-on leadership, but it’s her commitment to people that truly sets her apart. From student accounts to business lending, she works closely with clients to ensure their financial goals are met with thoughtful, personalized service. At HomeBank Texas, the phone is answered by a real person who knows your name and your story — a philosophy that mirrors Kelli’s own belief in meaningful connections.

Reflecting on a pivotal moment in her career, Kelli says, “Being asked to be on the board of directors for HomeBank Texas. This is an honor to be included with such a prestigious group.”

Kelli’s daily routine reflects her forward-thinking mindset and dedication. “I look at my calendar before my feet ever hit the ground,” she says. “I look forward to each day as they are usually filled with opportunity.”

When she’s not leading at HomeBank, Kelli is actively shaping the community around her. She serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County and is the incoming president-elect of Friends of the Rockwall County Library. As secretary of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Board and a member of the HomeBank Texas Board of Directors since 2020, Kelli’s influence spans across sectors. Her involvement also includes the Professional Women’s Alliance, Rotary Club of Rockwall, and the Lakeside Book Club, where she continues to build bridges and uplift those around her.

One of HomeBank’s most heartfelt causes is supporting children with special needs. It’s a mission that also holds special meaning for Kelli, too. Through the bank’s continued support of the JER Chilton YMCA’s Angel Camp program, HomeBank demonstrates that community involvement goes beyond sponsorship — it means showing up.

For Kelli, the most rewarding part of her work is making personal connections. “Meeting new people and hearing their journey in life; it is amazingly interesting,” she says.

Balancing an active professional life with family, Kelli is equally devoted at home. She and her husband, Brown, have lived in Rockwall their entire adult lives, raising three daughters who graduated from Rockwall ISD. Now grandparents, they cherish time with their growing family.

At every level, Kelli leads with authenticity, compassion, and a steadfast dedication to helping others thrive. Whether she’s guiding a business owner through growth or lending her time to a nonprofit board, Kelli’s impact is woven into the fabric of Rockwall, one relationship at a time.
