The NeuLine Clinic’s mission is to redefine primary care with passionate care provided by compassionate caregivers. With a goal to offer services conveniently in Collin County, they currently have two locations — in McKinney at 2740 Virginia Parkway, Suite 100 and in Celina at 701 North Preston Road, Suite 200 — and a third location in the works.

With state-of-the-art services such as hormone therapies, in-office lab, CIMT and EEG testing, The NeuLine Clinic is the source for your family’s health and well-being.

“We’ve housed a full spectrum of care under one roof,” said Christy Sadler, executive director at The NeuLine Clinic. “We offer access to a full range of diagnostics and solutions guided by our premier physicians and nurses, led by Bobbi Crowder, MSN, RN, FNP-C.”

Services include complete adult care, women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, preventative healthcare, laboratory, and diagnostics.

“Our biggest strength is our diverse range of services,” said Sadler. “For example, a patient will see their primary care physician (PCP), whether for a sick visit or a physical. In other clinics — generally speaking — they must then be referred out based on needs. Here, we try to treat patients in house as much as possible as we are equipped to perform labs, EEG services, CIMT (carotid artery screening), and more.”

As a result, NeuLine patients benefit because they aren’t dealing with multiple insurance claims, multiple doctors, multiple healthcare bills, or multiple deductibles. In turn, the entire community benefits from lower health care costs.

“Additionally, the people who are caring for you are on the same page,” explained Sadler, “Patients aren’t waiting for medical records from multiple people. We know what’s going on with our patients every time they walk in the door.”

Beyond their ground-breaking treatments, their in-house lab work is a welcome addition to their menu of services.

“Our ability to perform lab work is incredibly cost saving,” said Sadler, “especially since we accept all insurances, which isn’t an option at many clinics. Because our technicians are in- house, we can control costs and transfer that savings to patients.”

Ease of scheduling is another bonus. With several options for scheduling (including the website, email, or by phone), NeuLine patients can feel secure that they’ll see their provider promptly.

“We offer same-day sick appointments,” said Sadler, “and even for physicals or well-woman exams, patients can generally get their appointments scheduled within the same week.”

Too, patients trust the staff — many of whom have been on staff for years — and they know that no matter which location they visit, they’ll see a familiar face who will acknowledge them and know their history.

“Our Celina location is close to the Frisco and Prosper area, and our McKinney location is near highway 75,” said Sadler. “Our goal with the third location is to extend our reach a little more north, so that more of Collin County can take advantage of the care we provide.”
