The timing is great, too, with a real estate market that promises to stabilize and be more predictable than it has the past few years.

“We’re waiting for the feds to lower interest rates,” Dee said. “Then we’ll enjoy a more balanced market for buyers and sellers, with stabilized pricing and a healthier number of homes for buyers to choose from.” With her 21 years of experience, Dee has ridden out many ups and downs in the real estate market and even thrived during the highly volatile pandemic years. Over her two decades in the industry, she’s garnered awards as top producer, consistently been one of Rockwall County’s top groups in sales, being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in North Texas, and a “top producer” and “best agent” by D Magazine for 13 years.
