What if Pilates felt a little more … elevated? While traditional Pilates leans into slow, intentional movement and precise form, modern Pilates brings rhythm, momentum, and strength into the mix. JETSET Pilates is not slow or static but involves continuous movement that focuses on full-body strength — the kind of approachable and inclusive workout that feels as good as it works. All levels are welcome here.
Owned by Heath residents and newlyweds Christy and Justin Wheat, JETSET Pilates – Heath blends luxury with approachability in a way that feels intentional. “We’re modern Pilates,” Christy says. “Not classic Pilates, and not something intimidating. It’s a non-stop, high-intensity, low-impact workout that keeps your body engaged the entire time through seamless transitions and time under tension.” Each class is thoughtfully choreographed to DJ-curated playlists that build with the movement, transforming exercise into an experience.
The 2,500-square-foot studio features 16 custom reformers and an undeniably indulgent vibe. Subtle details, like signature scents, spotless locker areas, and carefully chosen products, create a space that feels more like a boutique hotel than a Pilates studio. You’ll get more than just a beautiful experience here — you’ll receive a results-driven workout and benefit with improved strength, endurance, posture, and core stability.
JETSET Pilates is for almost everyone, from busy professionals and parents to athletes and first-timers. There are no levels — just smart modifications and instructors who take the time to meet new clients before class. “Many people in our community haven’t tried modern Pilates,” Christy says. “So, we meet people where they are.”
Justin, a former professional BMX racer with a background in kinesiology and medical training, sees JETSET as an ideal complement to other workouts. All JETSET instructors are highly trained and focused on form, safety, and smart modifications, which further differentiates them from other boutique concepts.
Trying JETSET is easy. New clients can jump in with a few intro offers that make it simple to see what modern Pilates is all about. No pressure or long-term commitment — just a chance to try a class (or a few) and see how it feels. A single intro class is $19, a BOGO two-class pack is $33, and the best value — a single week of unlimited classes — is $49. Monthly memberships and class packs follow, offering flexibility for every schedule.
What has surprised the Wheats the most has been the community response. “People are excited we are here,” Christy says. “They’re grateful they don’t have to drive to Dallas for a luxury boutique workout anymore.”
Justin agrees. “The feedback has been overwhelming in the best way. Classes fill up quickly. People keep coming back.”
In Heath, JETSET Pilates isn’t just modern Pilates. It’s a new rhythm — one built on strength, connection, and showing up for yourself, day after day. Scan the QR code to learn more about the JETSET Pilates experience and to book a class.
