With this project, Maestri Studio designed the spaces of this modern 5,200-square-foot home — that includes five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms — with their client’s fashion-forward sense of style in mind.
Light & Bright // Floor-to-ceiling windows, a chandelier by Nibo Living, and sconces from Visual Comfort fill this modern space with light. Custom creations like a coffee table by Scout Design Studio, commissioned Art by Tom Webb via Maestri Gallery, and built-in by Maestri Studio round out the room with one-of-a-kind style.
The metallic chandeliers and the custom table & dining chairs from Scout Design Studio add bold color and texture to the bright streamlined kitchen.
Serene Steps // Custom floating stairs with satin brass accents designed by Maestri Studio are surrounded by natural elements creating the illusion of walking in the air.
Bold & Beautiful // Striking floral wallpaper from Etsy, flooring from Riad, and a pop of pink make any laundry day less of a chore.
Wild Washroom // A mirror from Noir, Kohler sink, Cle wall tile, and a custom vanity from Maestri Studio allow guests to freshen up in style.
PEACEFUL PRIMARY // Neutral tones and textures coupled with a custom bed wall with hidden storage and built-ins create a calm retreat for the homeowners.
Pocket doors slide open to reveal tile floors from Porcelanosa and black and white mosaic from Daltile. Plumbing from California Faucets and a Sconce from Visual Comfort polish off this striking design.
Playing Around // A custom-designed tile wall and wallpaper from Look Walls add texture, pattern, and subtle colors to create serene yet joyful spaces for the kids.
