Passion, Talent, Dedication to Excellence
Seychelles’ owner and founder, Lychelle Jomsky, RN, BSN, began her career as a registered nurse. She worked with a plastic surgeon for five years in Florida before moving to Texas, then worked for a medspa in Houston. Encouraged to open her own business, Lychelle tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and founded Seychelles Med & Laser Spa in The Woodlands in 2014. Word spread quickly, and Seychelles continued to add services to best serve their clients. In 2020, Lychelle and her husband, Leonard, purchased the building and remodeled it from top to bottom, creating the serene and beautiful atmosphere it is today. Double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Joseph Perlman, Seychelles’ medical director, is now in-house with his office co-located in the building.
Committed to staying up to date on the latest advances, Lychelle, an advanced injector, and her staff complete numerous continuing education classes annually. Currently, she is completing her graduate degree and will graduate in February as a family nurse practitioner. Lychelle gives high praise to her team, which includes two nurse practitioners, a registered nurse, two certified aestheticians, her adored office manager, and two clinical coordinators.
Services Galore
It’s rare to find a medspa like Seychelles that provides such a vast assortment of leading-edge options. Services range from laser and light treatments, injectables, PDO thread lifts, advanced facials, and an extensive line of skincare services to non-invasive body contouring options. Additionally, Seychelles specializes in PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fiber) treatments. “I was one of the first injectors in The Woodlands trained in PRP by the renowned creator of the Vampire Facelift, Dr. Charles Runnels,” Lychelle explains. Seychelles offers PRP facials, facelifts, hair restoration, breast lifts, scar treatment, the Priapus shot for men, the Pleasure Shot for women, and recently added a PRF biofiller.
