What if your kids felt a jolt of excitement to go to the dentist? What if it was a giggle-worthy, fun experience for them and a relaxing, informative one for you? That’s the game plan at Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry. Here, Dr. Chun Yin Wong and Dr. Julia Servetnik provide comprehensive dental care for kids of all ages in a warm, caring, and child-friendly environment.
“We place a big emphasis on educating families about oral health care because we strongly believe that good oral health is an essential part of overall well-being. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends establishing a dental home by the time the first tooth erupts or by age one,” says Dr. Julia. “We also pride ourselves in providing comprehensive dental care for kids of all ages and needs. This includes routine procedures like check-ups to very complicated cases like full-mouth oral rehabilitation.”
Drs. Chun and Julia, the husband-and-wife dental duo who launched Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry, have a heart for helping kids in the safest, most comfortable environment possible. They designed both brand-new locations from the ground up, ensuring safety and kid-friendliness in every detail.
Each private room features TVs on the ceiling, state-of-the-art technology, and child-size equipment. “We use different behavior management techniques, such as tell-show-do, positive reinforcement, and oral sedation if needed to help kids relax during treatment,” says Dr. Chun.
Dr. Julia adds, “After treating thousands of kids over the past decade, we recognize that every child is unique. That’s why we work closely with the parents to develop a personalized treatment approach that fits their child’s needs.”
