What sets The Neuline Clinic apart from other primary care models?
Simply put, The Neuline Clinic is set apart from other primary care models because of its ancillary service models. We strive to be a single location for patients to be seen for all their needs rather than being referred out to multiple offices, facilities, and lab stations. This is important for patients for many reasons, including a primary office with all your records that can easily see and know your entire medical history without the wait of gathering medical records from multiple locations as well as from a billing perspective. The Neuline Clinic has in-house billing for all services, and you can discuss these needs with the same ladies who know you and your situation. Our goal is to have ease of care in all aspects for patients rather than multiple visits and multiple invoices for needs.
What is an ancillary service and how does that benefit your patients?
At The Neuline Clinic, we offer a variety of ancillary services to better take care of our patients in house. Some of these services include monthly ultrasound capabilities, CIMT for heart and artery-related screenings, BIOTE hormone replacement therapies, testosterone replacement therapies, IV infusion therapy for sick and wellness visits, medical weight-loss options, telehealth services, EEG services, and blood lab services. We are always looking to expand our in-house services based on our patient needs. Some ancillary services that we are looking into adding to our product line are allergy testing and immunotherapy, pediatric immunizations and wellness exams, and at-home blood-pressure monitoring. We are focused on treating patients from a whole health point of view rather than a 50-foot approach as we refer them out to other specialties.
Who are your people?
The staff at The Neuline Clinic are first rate. We have taken our time to build only the best teams that truly care about our patients. We think that shows in the way they serve our patients every day but also in the atmosphere of the office when you arrive. The team is happy and engaged not only with patients but with each other. They will tell you they enjoy their teammates, their jobs, and their patients.
What does the future hold for The Neuline Clinics?
Our goal is to continue to expand. We currently have two locations — 2740 Virginia Parkway, Suite 100, McKinney 75071 and 701 North Preston Road, Suite 200, Celina 75009. We are looking to extend a third location late this year into the Melissa/Anna area. We want to continue to extend our reach to more of our local community.
What does the clinic value most?
Our values are twofold: One, we truly value our staff, and we hope that happiness for them extends to our patient care. Two, we deeply value our patients. We want them to have the best care possible and to feel like family.
