For Natalie Webb, family law is more than a profession — it’s a calling that’s deeply rooted in legacy, compassion, and a fierce dedication to doing what’s right for every client. Inspired by her late father, Brian Webb, a legendary family law attorney in Dallas, Natalie began her journey in law with a sense of purpose that continues to guide her every day.
After joining the family firm in 2008, Natalie quickly established herself as a trusted advocate, known for her balance of strategic legal thinking and heartfelt client support. Alongside her brother, Brant Webb, she helped grow the practice into a powerhouse family law firm that serves clients across Texas and beyond. Today, as managing partner of The Webb Family Law Firm, Natalie leads a team of eight attorneys, six paralegals, and a full support staff, including a forensic financial specialist, all working together with one shared goal: to help clients navigate life’s most difficult transitions with dignity, clarity, and strength.
A Legal Team with Heart and Expertise
What sets The Webb Family Law Firm apart is its uniquely collaborative and client-centered approach. The team includes three accomplished women attorneys — Natalie among them —who bring valuable perspectives to the nuanced and emotionally complex world of family law.
“We are intentional about how we staff our cases,” Natalie explains. “Each client is paired with the attorney who best fits their personality, goals, and the legal challenges they’re facing. We take the time to build trust and create a support system around them because these cases aren’t just legal matters. They’re deeply personal.”
From high-net-worth divorces and complex property divisions to enforcement actions, premarital and postmarital agreements, and international custody disputes, the firm’s attorneys are seasoned in all aspects of family law. And while litigation is sometimes necessary, the firm is equally skilled in mediation and collaborative law.
“We always explore amicable solutions first,” Natalie says. “Negotiated agreements can help preserve important relationships and reduce emotional strain, especially when children are involved. But when courtroom advocacy is required, we’re ready to fight with purpose
and precision.”
International Reach, Local Roots
Board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Natalie is widely recognized for her leadership in high-stakes family law matters. She is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers, elite organizations that represent the most respected family law professionals in the world.
These affiliations have given Natalie a global network of peers and referral sources, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients with international or cross-jurisdictional issues. She’s also a member of the Hague Convention Attorney Network, a highly specialized group of attorneys that work with the U.S. State Department to handle international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention.
“When a child is taken across borders by one parent without the other’s consent, it becomes a legal and emotional emergency,” she says. “These are some of the most difficult cases we handle, but also some of the most rewarding.”
An Early Start, A Lifelong Passion
Natalie’s legal foundation is just as impressive as her practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in international business from Trinity University, then obtained her juris doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she interned with the Court of Appeals in El Paso under Justice Ann McClure — who later became the first woman chief justice of the Texas Eighth Court of Appeals — and also at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), gaining experience in a wide range of legal matters.
“Those early experiences shaped the way I approach problem-solving,” Natalie says. “It wasn’t just about family law — it was about how to think critically, write persuasively, and understand the full scope of a client’s needs.”
Her brother, Brant, also joined the firm in 2011, and the two shared many years working alongside their father before his passing in 2019. Brian Webb’s influence continues to shape the firm’s values today.
“He always said to surround yourself with people you trust and enjoy working with,” Natalie says. “That’s exactly what we’ve done here. We’re not just colleagues — we’re a family, and that comes through in how we care for our clients.”
Trusted Leadership and a Client-First Culture
Natalie believes that strong leadership begins with listening. Whether it’s a new client walking in the door or a paralegal offering insight on a complex case, Natalie leads by example, collaborating, supporting, and ensuring every voice on her team
is valued.
“Our clients often come to us feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed. They’re looking for guidance, strength, and hope,” she says. “My job is to provide not only top-tier legal representation, but also the reassurance that they’re in good hands.”
She attributes much of the firm’s success to her team of dedicated professionals. Six attorneys and five paralegals at The Webb Family Law Firm are board certified, bringing deep courtroom experience and unmatched legal knowledge to each case. Their shared values — professionalism, empathy, and unwavering client advocacy — create an atmosphere where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Giving Back and Staying Grounded
Outside the courtroom, Natalie is passionate about community service. She actively volunteers with Community Partners of Dallas, an organization that supports children in foster care, and Operation Kindness, a local no-kill animal shelter.
“I love what I do, but I also believe in being present for my community,” she says. “There’s something powerful about giving back and staying connected to causes that matter.”
Whether representing a high-net-worth client in a complex divorce or advocating for a parent in a child custody matter, Natalie Webb approaches every case with the same values that have defined her career from the start: integrity, empathy, and excellence.
