Kim and Thomas (known as “Tey”) Miller are Southlake’s highly regarded husband and wife real estate team. Twenty years ago, they combined their love of real estate and love for their community to form The Kim Miller Group. They’ve been full steam ahead ever since. Kim uses her experience to educate clients on what it takes to get their home “market ready” to get top dollar. “Living and selling are two different things,” she explained. She wants potential buyers to be wowed when they open the front door. She strives to present their listings in turn-key fashion, helping facilitate any repairs and updates, sometimes placing artwork and additional furniture if needed. Quality photographs are captured to attract attention and appeal to prospective buyers.

When Nomit and Neepa Shah were ready to embark on the journey to find their dream home, they had no idea where to begin. But they knew one thing for sure, they wanted to work with Kim Miller.
