Her journey has included owning several Merle Norman studios throughout the DFW Metroplex and Houston. Today, loyal customers travel to Rockwall to visit her store, a place where skincare concerns are met with personalized, complimentary consultations — upholding the “try before you buy” approach first introduced by Merle Norman in 1931.

But Gail’s Rockwall location is more than just a makeup studio — it’s also home to a thoughtfully curated boutique. As the sole buyer, she hand-selects unique items, including Tyler Candle Company products, women’s clothing, handbags, and jewelry. Her boutique currently features two standout American designers: Julie Vos, known for handcrafted 24-karat gold-clad pieces, and French Kandy, which reimagines vintage art into wearable treasures.

Under Gail’s leadership, the studio has become a destination for beauty, fashion, and warm customer care. She credits her success to blending business with heart: “It has been a privilege to blend profitability with the joy of building cherished relationships,” she says.
