Brandie Scales jumped. When we last spoke with the Realtor in Collin, Rockwall, and Dallas counties, she was on the fence about where she could best be of service. “I have high-profile clients who fly in on private jets, but also clients looking for investment properties, and they still get my same level of care,” said Scales. “We give sellers the confidence they need when they sell their home,” explained Scales. Each call to her expanding business makes Scales “feel lucky.” But it’s more than luck that has led to her growing client base.

Haley Carpenter works with Scales as a newly expanded team. “We serve others really well,” said Scales, adding that the two are both hard-working, driven, organized, detailed, and, above all, “genuinely love what we do.” A full-time assistant and contract coordinator also helps out on behind-the scenes contract and survey work, especially on days when the Realtors are traveling to properties further afield, like the ones in Austin Scales recently drove to.
