Beth Johnson is a senior VP, corporate banker and community leader at Frost Bank. With over 30 years in banking, Beth is a powerhouse leader whose influence extends beyond the office and deep into the heart of Rockwall. She leads a dynamic team at Frost, a Texas bank whose reach is expanding to soon open its 200th location. Beth delivers strategic solutions across multiple industries while spearheading the bank’s community engagement.
In her roles, Beth is the key connector for local nonprofits including the Children’s Advocacy Center, Rockwall ISD Foundation, Star CASA, Meals on Wheels, and the Rainbow Room, where she also serves on the board. She mobilizes her Frost team for service events — rallying volunteers, coordinating sponsorships, and showing up for the causes that matter most to the Rockwall community.
Beth believes true leadership is “the ability to influence, collaborate, and guide individuals or groups toward achieving a common goal.” That belief shines in her involvement with Leadership Rockwall and her commitment to mentoring others.
Beyond her professional life, Beth is a wife of 25 years, mother, and grand, of two children and two grandchildren. She’s the glue of her family, continuing traditions and leading them in community service. A woman of faith, Beth is a long-time member of Lake Pointe Church, where her spiritual foundation fuels both her leadership and service.
Whether in the boardroom or placing pinwheels with her grandkids for Go Blue for Kids, Beth Johnson leads with heart, conviction, and a deep love for her community.
