Jim Walker has been a trial lawyer for over two decades and has mastered the art of fighting to the finish. He believes his clients deserve nothing less, especially when they’ve been wronged and are looking for reasonable compensation after a car wreck, 18-wheeler collision, truck wreck, or other personal injury matter.

That reputation endears him to his clients and provides leverage when playing hardball with big insurance companies.

“Auto insurance is mandatory, giving the billion-dollar insurance industry a captive client base,” he said. “But those same insurance companies train their indifferent bureaucrats to dismiss injured Texans who turn to them for reasonable compensation, low-balling regular folks so they can drive up profits. We are the only car wreck trial law specialists in Rockwall County. We diligently pursue what is right and will go to trial to get the full claim value — and insurance companies know it.”

Jim served in the U.S. Army (Infantry) and financed his education at the University of Texas School of Law through the GI Bill and academic scholarships. After working at a large defense firm, he opened his law offices in 2007. Jim specializes in vehicle collision and personal injury lawsuits, and he’s taken cases from the trial court through the Texas Supreme Court — even out-witting at least one former Chief Justice along the way.
