From the day
Brenda went to work for a land development company, she began taking home top
salesperson awards. When her husband, an avid hunter, decided they needed a
weekend getaway in one of his favorite hunting spots in Southeast Oklahoma,
her love for land sales resurfaced. When the couple bought a second home in
the piney woods of Oklahoma, Brenda took every opportunity to be amid the
trees and enjoy the peace and quiet of the pristine Oklahoma wilderness. It
was on one of these visits to the family cabin that she discovered 450 acres
of undeveloped land for sale right next to their
cabin.
Brenda and
her husband enlisted some partners and purchased the land. Within two months,
they’d sold the first gorgeous, wooded property and the first 60 lots within
the first year as other families embraced the opportunity to build their own
second-home getaway. Brenda has now sold 95 lots. But the beauty is, with
each lot being two to five acres, families can feel like their home-away-from
home is completely private — because it is.
Even with

she oversees the develop of amenities while preserving the natural beauty of
the land she first fell in love with. “My vision is for this property to
