As part of a multi-year master plan, the Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce the start of a nearly $4 million renovation to the Old Settler’s Recreation Center. Funded in large part by the McKinney Community Development Corporation (MCDC) and future Bond proceeds, the facility will undergo a complete overhaul. This renovation includes all of Old Settler’s Park and the facilities situated within it, including Mouzon Fields. The facility will remain open during the renovation project.
