PATRIOT PAWS VETERANS HOUSE OPENS Local nonprofit Patriot PAWS Service Dogs celebrated the completion of a newly constructed Veterans House recently on their campus at 254 Ranch Trail in Rockwall, with Rep. Justin Holland and Mayor Jim Pruitt joining Founder and Executive Director Lori Stevens.. The Dallas Builders Association coordinated the project, which will provide a con-venient place for veterans to stay while they visit the campus to train with their service dogs.
