Meet Kim Timpa

Kim Williams Timpa is a lifelong resident of Rockwall, Texas, and graduate of Rockwall High School. She has practiced family law for over thirty years. Kim earned a business degree from Baylor University, and a juris doctorate degree from Baylor Law School in 1993. She is deeply rooted in the Rockwall community and is a member of the Rockwall County Bar Association, a board member and member of Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, a life-long member and former trustee of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall, a founding member of the Professional Women’s Alliance, a former board member of Rockwall County Helping Hands, a founding member of Rockwall Young Professionals, a founding member and former board member of the Rockwall Independent School District Education Foundation, a former board member of the Child Advocacy Center, and a former member of  the Lone Star Chapter of National Charity League.

Kim’s father, the late Jimmy W. Williams, was superintendent of the Rockwall Independent School District, with a tenure spanning more than two decades. The J.W. Williams Middle School in Rockwall was named after Mr. Williams in honor of his many years of devoted service to the community. All of Kim’s children attended school in the Rockwall Independent School District and reside in Rockwall with their families today.

Meet Caitlin Henderson

Born and raised in Rockwall, Caitlin graduated from Rockwall High before heading off to Texas Tech. Now she’s happy to be back in Rockwall raising her children close to her family. Caitlin’s roots are deep in Rockwall, and she feels a deep commitment to Rockwall families.

Caitlin earned her bachelor degree and law degree and now enjoys serving clients at the Timpa Law Office where her areas of practice are in family law, marital property agreements, wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, real estate, and business matters.

When not on the job, Caitlin is mom to four-year-old Jackson and one year old James. She is married to fellow attorney, David Henderson, and they are loving their newest challenge, coaching Jackson’s soccer team.

Meet Madisen Pittman

Madisen Pittman was born and raised in Rockall. She has degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.

Madisen developed a passion for family law when she served as a CASA volunteer during law school. Another lifelong Rockwall resident, she cares deeply about the families she represents. Her undergraduate degree in psychology makes her keenly aware of the toll a court case can take on a family and offers her the tools to help minimize that damage. She is also one semester away from completing her master’s in forensic psychology, adding to her experience in navigating difficult and emotional situations.

“The first thing any client needs is an attorney who will really listen and care,” Madisen said. “Often feeling helpless and worried, they need me to hear not just their legal needs but their emotional ones.” Madisen helps her clients understand that divorce can mean a fresh start and new beginning. Then, she partners with them to make that beginning the best it can be.

Meet Megan Erinakes

Megan Erinakes is a skilled and caring family law and estate planning attorney dedicated to helping families resolve their legal matters and move forward into the next chapter of their lives. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma. In 2019, Megan graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law. During her law school years, Megan received several accolades, including the Judge Merrill Hartman Distinguished Service Award for her dedication to
public service.

After law school, Megan became licensed to practice law in Texas. Since then, she has been a continual member of the Texas Bar College for her accomplishments in continuing legal education. In 2022, 2023, and 2024, Megan was named a “Rising Star” by Thompson Reuters, printed in Texas Monthly.

Megan lives locally and is actively involved in the Rockwall community as a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Women’s Alliance. Megan’s interest in the legal field was sparked when she joined her high school’s mock trial team. To this day, she remains dedicated to serving the community through her passionate legal advocacy
