The Last Well seeks to provide safe drinking water to Liberia by 2020
The Posey Life Group at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall has partnered with The Last Well to support their mission and goal of bringing the gospel and providing clean drinking water to every person in Liberia by 2020.
The Posey Life Group at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall has partnered with The Last Well to support their mission and goal of bringing the gospel and providing clean drinking water to every person in Liberia by 2020.
They will be showing a documentary detailing the mission and goals of The Last Well followed by a question and answer session and fellowship at Lake Pointe Church, Room W300, on Friday, May 31, from 6 PM until 8 PM.
The Last Well knows that by helping our neighbors across the globe get access to safe drinking water and the gospel, they are providing an opportunity for Christ-followers to be agents of change for those in the world with the greatest need. Sadly, children are the most vulnerable to the effects of unsafe drinking water and sanitation problems. Of the tens of thousands who die each year, up to 90 percent are children under the age of five.
Now more than ever, community involvement can transform lives and eliminate the preventable water related death and disease caused by the nation’s water crisis, all the while giving God the glory.
