3 oz. Templeton Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Grand Marnier
splash of champagne
dash of bitters

 

Combine Templeton Rye, bitters and Grand Marnier in a shaker. Shake well, strain in martini glass. Float champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
