North Texas Musculoskeletal Medicine

Early in his medical journey, Dr. Minotti saw too many patients facing surgery or long-term medication. “I chose to enter the field of Regenerative Orthopedics because I wanted to help people do what they love,” he reflects. “Procedures like Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) have expanded nonsurgical solutions that accelerate cellular regeneration, supporting recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain.”

What sets Dr. Minotti apart is his highly individualized approach to care. By integrating osteopathic principles with the science of regenerative medicine, he develops personalized treatment plans in which every detail, even the cellular preparation, is tailored to the patient’s specific condition. “No two injuries are the same,” he explains. “That’s why we customize every PRP or stem cell preparation for the person in front of us. True regenerative medicine is never one-size-fits-all.”

These treatments utilize the patient’s own biological materials to deliver a concentrated mix of stem cells and growth factors directly to the area of injury. By stimulating cellular regeneration and tissue repair, they help restore function and relieve pain in areas such as the knees, shoulders, neck, and back. “These therapies offer a powerful alternative to surgery by addressing the root causes of pain, not just masking symptoms,” he says.

Dr. Dennis Minotti II, DO, extends his sincere gratitude to Living Magazine readers for recognizing him as the Best of Regenerative Medicine in 2026 — marking his seventh consecutive year receiving this honor.
