Talitha Schmidt, owner of Conserva Irrigation of Northwest Dallas, is a true leader in the Metroplex. Born and raised in the area, she combines her passion for community and sustainable landscaping with her expertise in irrigation systems. Her business offers efficient sprinkler solutions, reliable repairs, and cost-effective maintenance packages for a hassle-free, year-round system.
As a woman leading in a field where few women have ventured, Talitha is dedicated to educating others on how irrigation systems work and why they are crucial for both beauty and sustainability in our landscapes.
“One of my proudest accomplishments is connecting with other women and teaching them how to take charge of their irrigation systems,” Talitha says. “It’s not just about watering your lawn — it’s about doing it the right way to conserve water and maintain a beautiful space.”
Outside of work, Talitha’s commitment to her community runs deep. She serves as the president-elect of the Texas Lantana chapter of the National Charity League and is an active member of the Argyle Business Association. Her “giver attitude” is at the core of everything she does, and it’s this attitude that drives her to help others, whether it’s by solving irrigation issues or simply lending a hand to those in need.
