Dominique Robinson doesn’t just talk about healing — she lives it, breathes it, and shares it with others through her life’s work. As the founder of RHEO, an Oasis of Wellness (formerly Rockwall Complete Healing & Wellness), Dominique is a luminary in the natural wellness world, guiding people with compassion, authenticity, and a deep sense of purpose. But before she became a trusted voice in holistic health, Dominique was a woman facing the fight of her life.
In 1997, she was diagnosed with colon cancer that had spread to her liver and lymph nodes. Doctors insisted chemotherapy and radiation were the only options. But Dominique chose a different path — one fueled by faith, intuition, and her Jamaican roots. “It was an inner knowingness,” she says. “I knew chemo and radiation were not for me. I grew up with nature’s medicine. This journey, as hard as it was, was liberating.”
That decision changed everything. Through a combination of raw food nutrition, colonics, lymphatic drainage, and IV therapy, Dominique began to heal, both physically and spiritually. “Our bodies are designed to heal themselves,” she says. “God never makes mistakes, and He never wastes anything
in our lives.”
Today, Dominique pours her heart into RHEO, offering services that include colon hydrotherapy, IV nutrition, ozone saunas, and lymphatic therapy. “It’s all about giving the body what it needs to do what it already knows how to do,” she says.
A true expert in her field, Dominique holds numerous certifications and credentials: naturopathic doctor, holistic health practitioner, certified functional medicine nutritionist, certified cancer coach, and more. Her practice is more than a business — it’s a calling. “This is my gift to others,” she says. “I want people to know they have a choice, that there are other ways to heal. I’m not here to tell anyone what to do. I’m here to walk with them, as a sister, as someone who’s been there.”
Though her work shines brightly, Dominique is humble. “I’m an introvert. I like to be in the background,” she says. “But when you know in your heart that you can help someone, there’s no other option but to do it.”
Dominique encourages those just beginning their healing journey to be honest with themselves. “Know where you are and what you’re capable of,” she says. “If fear comes up, filter everything through your body. It always gives feedback. Be kind and patient with yourself.”
She also leans on her mother’s wisdom: Take your time making a decision, but once you do, never look back. “Don’t live in regret,” Dominique says. “When you follow your intuition, you’re always exactly where you’re meant to be.”
